1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and to selected international destinations. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • UAE: 2–5 business days

  • Express (if available): 1–2 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment through the courier’s website.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assist you promptly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped. Once shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
